/MODERN SPLIT LEVEL HOUSE
Quick Design of a re-imagined split level. The tile bath would be sunken on the first floor (top house section) and would be walled on the lower half level (bottom house section). Additionally a concrete motor court can be used for outdoor events that would give a very different feel from the internal courtyard.
