Utilizing photo-realistic three dimensional rendering software to aid in the visualization process of a proposed design. Optimized to fit an assortment of project scopes, a collection of services are offered. Base services are included within the residential rendering service whereas additive services are provided at an additional fee.

Ten photo-realistic images of the interior and exterior of a residence are created and output in 4K (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) through the use of a fully functioning 3D rendered model.

Two photo-realistic videos of the interior and exterior of a residence are created and output in 4K (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) through the use of a fully functioning 3D rendered model.

360 PHOTO SET
A set of photo-realistic 360 images of the interior and exterior of a residence that have the ability to rotate 360 degrees from where the image location has been oriented. The image set will be viewable via an online link.
*Additive Service
An interactive 3D model where the user is allowed to explore the full residence via simplistic keyboard commands. The virtual model will be hosted by Paper Fox Collective, and available via an online web link.

3D PROPERTY PRESENTATION
A unique service that greatly aids in the visualization of a future residential development project. Through the use of digital rendering software, the exact topography and features of a land parcel are input into a 3D model. Proposed improvements are modeled along side the existing digital terrain for the creation of a detailed, high definition video walk through. The finished product is an accurate representation of what the project will resemble once constructed.
The base service package includes the following:
a. Input of existing site topography through either a previously completed survey (not provided) or local jurisdiction GIS data.
b. Input of existing and proposed roadways and streamways in proximity to the property.
c. Input of regional landscaping, in an effort to mimic existing site conditions.
d. Input of existing property lines into the 3D presentation.
e. Input of pre-designed residential structures for proposed development.
f. Output of a 4K (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) quality video walk through (minimum of 4 minutes) hosted online by Paper Fox Collective (google drive and youtube) for streaming. Video uses a combination of on-site, aerial, and access points of view.
Additive services include:
a. Fall & Winter Season Video Visualization: video is additionally output in both fall and winter seasons.
b. Inclusion of Custom Home Design: Integration of a third party home design into the video.
WEBSITE HOSTING
A custom web page that will be an extension of paperfoxcollective.com/. The web page will be designed and configured to showcase all 3D services that are within the scope of work, along with a short description of the project.
